is easy and gives you instant access to Go Ultra's members only features such as:
a personalized home page, personal events calendar, full feature online
training log, a life event list, instant messaging, forums, communities and other
exclusive content. Just follow the simple steps below to complete your
registration.
Go Ultra Sports utilizes the latest technologies to allow you to decide if
any of the information on the site can be shared with friends that also use the
site. We set the default to keep all data private. Once you register you can decide
if registered friends can see certain pieces of your data.You can for example share
your personal event calendar with one friend or a specific set of friends but keep
all other data private. Each piece of data that is stored by Go Ultra Sports can
be visible or private based on the choice of the user.
Again, the default setting is all data is private.The settings you choose do not
affect our privacy policy. Go Ultra Sports does and will not share your data with
any outside parties. If a user chooses to share their data with other registered
members of Go Ultra Sports that is strictly up to the user.

CONTENT SUBMISSION
|
User agrees that it is solely responsible for the submission of all content via
upload, post, email, chat or that is otherwise made available on Go Ultra.
For all content made available by a user on Go Ultra by submitting, posting or otherwise
making available – the user agrees to grant a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free
and irrevocable license to Go Ultra to reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate,
create derivative works from, sublicense, distribute, communicate to the public,
perform and display the content (in whole or in part) worldwide and/or to incorporate
it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed,
for the full term of any rights that may exist in such Content.

STANDARDS FOR USE
|
All Go Ultra users must agree to the following in exchange for being allowed to
visit or use Go Ultra and its feature and functions.
1. No impersonating any other user, employee, content provider, advertiser of any
agent of Go Ultra
2. All registered users must provide truthful and accurate data including, but not
limited to, name, data of birth, email address, and any other information that is
gathered by Go Ultra.
3. No user shall make available any image, video, or content of any kind that they
do not own the copyright to or have express written permission from the copyright
holder.
4. No user may collect or store, by any means, any data about any users on the Go
Ultra site.
5. No user shall make available any content that is harmful, illegal, vulgar, pornographic,
libelous, racially objectionable
6. No user shall perform any action that interferes with or causes harm to any Go
Ultra feature, function, server or network in any way.
7. No user shall in any way threaten, harass, berate, bother, or pursue any other
user at anytime.
8. No user shall perform any action or upload any content which violate any existing
laws, third party rights or other applicable regulations.
Any violation of the above may result in the deletion of the users account and or
the forwarding of the user’s information to the relevant authorities if any laws
are broken, whether intentionally or unintentionally.
Notwithstanding the above, Go Ultra reserves the right to delete or otherwise terminate
any account, at any time for any reason in Go Ultra's sole discretion.

LIABILITY LIMITATION
|
Go Ultra at no time warrants that
www.go-ultra.com or it related features and functions will be available,
error-free, or un-interrupted. Go Ultra further does not warrant that the news,
or any other information on the site, whether created by Go Ultra, its users, or
other services will be without error or omissions. Go Ultra seeks to employ the
latest in intrusion and virus protection. Go Ultra is not responsible for any issues
or damages caused by downloading or accessing any pages or materials from Go Ultra
or any sites linked to Go Ultra.
Go Ultra, its employees, affiliates, partner, Directors, contractors, authors, agents,
and officers are not liable for damages of any kind related to the use, or inability
to use any feature, function or related materials directly on or linked to www.go-ultra.com or any related pages, features or functions.
Use of any and all parts of Go Ultra is done so at the risk of the user.

INDEMNIFICATION
|
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Go Ultra and its owners, directors,
officers, managers, authors, contractors, employees, agents, and licensors, from
and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys'
fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement, or the failure to fulfill
any obligations relating to your account incurred by you or any other person using
your account, or for violation of any existing laws, third party rights or other
applicable regulations . Go Ultra reserves the right to take over the exclusive
defense of any claim for which we are entitled to indemnification under this Section
at your sole cost and expense. In such event, you shall provide us with such cooperation
as is reasonably requested by Go Ultra.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Go Ultra and its owners, employees,
directors, officers, managers, authors, contractors, employees, agents, and licensors,
against any type of loss, liability or expense, including reasonable attorneys'
fees, that is the result of any violation of any part of this agreement and/or relating
to your use of Go Ultra and any of its services, features and functions, including
any content you upload, submit, link to, post, or in anyway make available through
any part of Go Ultra and its pages.
